This “Healthy Living Journal” encourages students to reflect on activities related to health (i.e. DPA, Phys. Ed, Mindfulness, Nutrition, etc.). Students will explore their interests, identify health-related goals (S.M.A.R.T. Goals), and reflect on health activities completed in class (Reflection Questions included).
