End of the Year Parent Survey - Mail in options can make it Anonymous
This survey is unique! It allows parents to answer anonymously so you can receive honest feedback. In the direction of the survey, I explain to parents they can either send it back to school with their child, or they can mail it in the school addressed stamped envelope. When I send the survey home, I send a school addressed envelope that the families can use.
