Math Shape Quick Draw
A quick draw involves students looking at a picture, memorizing it quickly and then drawing it from memory. All the pictures involve shapes and promote spatial and problem solving skills. A class discussion after each drawing involves students sharing strategies used to memorize the picture. I often do this activity when I have a little extra time. You can do a couple pictures at a time for a quick activity, or for a 30 minute lesson. Either way, these slides would take about five 30 minute less
