SEL calm down strategies drawing outline
I use this after reading a book that describes someone losing their temper. We read "Horrible Bear!". Ask a few students if they do anything when they want to calm down from being angry, then explain they can draw (possibly label) either strategies they use or new ideas they could try to use. Encourage students to have at least one strategy that does not depend on an item or place. For example, many said "play video games" and so I would prompt, "What about when you are at school or in the car?

The popular game Among Us was a hot game.[and the characters I found were simple but yet a great way to introduce Cubism in a simple way.
