I used this Smartboard presentation when teaching Representations of the Divine in secondary 2 Ethics and Religious Culture.
This presentation explores how the Divine is represented in film and includes some cooperative learning activities you can do as a class. This presentation explores elements of film as well as the divine experience. Major themes in religion are also discussed, such as temptation and Good vs. Evil. Links to movie clips are provided.

Complementos Directos - Direct Objects lesson using inductive approach
This Smartboard lesson uses an inductive approach to teach Spanish direct objects. Balancing Equations the SMART Way
AFTER USING THIS, ALL OF MY STUDENTS CAN BALANCE EQUATIONS WITH 85%+ ACCURACY!!!
This is an activity for students to master the skill of balancing chemical equations. It does so by not using any math skills beyond addition. Although the lesson begins with the 'model method', I feel that the real application of this lesson the 'chemical pull down method'.
There are enough slides in this presentation for each student in your class to come to the board and prove that they can balance equations.

Representation of the Divine in Story (SmartPresentation and Writing Activities)
I used this Smartboard presentation when exploring "Representations of the Divine" in Ethics and Religious Culture, for secondary 2. Enough material for at least a week worth of lessons.
This lecture explores how the Divine is represented in different stories in different religious traditions. Students will be able to compare and contrast how different traditions explore representations of the divine. Students will also look at THEME vs. MORAL and fill out a chart as a group.

Grade 9 Quebec History Change in Empire SmartBoard Presentation
This is a 20 slide Smartboard presentation (Notebook) that covers the entire module 3 for Quebec history (grade 9) "One Empire to Another". Topics include the Conquest of New France, implication of the Conquest, The Test Act, Treaty of Paris, Assimilation, the American Revolution, Loyalists, etc.

God and the Devil. Ethics class
I used this Smartboard presentation while lecturing about Representations of the Divine. After talking about God for a while, I decided to talk about the Devil and how he is portrayed in Western Culture.
This presentation includes a pre-assessment, in which you judge what students know about the devil. It then includes a lecture about the religious basis of the devil and a cross religious comparison. It explores Satanism and evil forces in different religions.
