This is a Literacy Coaching Schedule, so I can document my tasks each day. This is helpful when you are completing your coaching log, reflecting on progress for the week, and when conferencing with administration.

Research Based Interactive Personality Survey used to determine student character and personality to assist in classroom instruction.
As a teacher it is important to differentiate groups based from different criteria. I differentiate groups by readiness (knowledge level), Modality (Learning Style) and Personality. This is one survey I have students complete on day 1 that provides insight into their personality and character. Students really enjoy finding what pooh character they are most like.

Attendance Tracker
This product is a simple word document to help keep track of student attendance.
It can be used in any grade for multiple purposes as well as an attendance tracker since it can be easily changed and updated for any specific need.
I laminated mine so I can use it over and over. Working at an afterschool program I do not have a program at my school that keeps track of attendance for me.
