These worksheets are designed for students to get familiar with the concept of the present perfect tense in German. They include a short introduction that explains well what the present perfect is and gives exercises for students to fill in choosing the various forms of "sein" and "haben" to fill in. I encourage my students to memorize those sentences. This resource can be combined with a set of questions students use to memorize in greetings that also include the present perfect tense.

A tight relationship exists between these articles and a noun's gender, and so gender is discussed here in detail. Techniques for memorizing gender are covered as well. There is a section on the plural article (die), with examples of plural nouns used in sample sentences. The handout ends with a short exercise on definite articles and gender.
