This document is intended to encourage the use of the recipes in PDF format by using an iPad or Tablet instead of printing and laminating the recipes.If the recipes are to be printed, I encourage the use of a folder with plastic sleeves.I know how tempting it is the idea of laminating paper so it is easily cleaned and more durable, but there is an environmental cost to this practice. We can all make a difference by not over-laminate :-)
