Esperanza Rising, cheat sheet of Spanish words and their meanings
I have prepared a quick "cheat sheet" for teachers using the novel Esperanza Rising by Pam Munoz Ryan. This novel uses many Spanish phrases, and I have translated each, by chapter, for quick reference. Though we often tried to infer the meanings of the Spanish words using context clues, I found it very helpful to have a quick reference to be able clarify the language for students.
