Reflective educators want to know what students are thinking. I use this survey throughout the school year to determine my students' level of effort, perceptions, satisfaction, and attitudes. A student favorite! Use with any topic! Students will use higher-level thinking skills to apply information they have learned about any topic (attached example is the Mongols) to create a CD/Album cover (as you would see on iTunes etc...). My students created the cover after listening to a song that I purchased on TPT at http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Mongols-Song-by-EdTunes (you could also use Flocabulary.com).
