Global Issues Vocabulary and Mini-Research Activity
Students will be able to learn vocabulary associated with global issues. Have students highlight the ones they know a lot about. Have students put a star next to a few they would like to learn more about. Assign students a topic to dig deeper in with research and answer the questions in the table organizer. Students can create a presentation to share with the class and teach other students about the global issue.

This is a simple project that will make your classroom walls less boring! The project has students make trading cards (how many is up to you) of various Founding Fathers and some Framers.
I assign this project on Day 1 of my unit on the Revolutionary War, and collect it two weeks later.
