By allowing students to input their meals for one day, gives them the chance to see what they are eating, and ask questions linked to how their eating could improve individually or as a family. Healthy Eating - recognise basic fruits and vegetables

Before learning of the importance of fruits and vegetables to the human body, students must first be able to identify fruits and vegetables by their pictures. Most students should know by the pictures which are fruits and which are vegetables. Along with this the basic names of each may be known, but not emphasized in this activity.
