The reports are in sequence with my school's pacing guide and aligned with common core. I have made the reports editable so you can change any goals to match your pacing guide if needed.

Student Self Assessment Weekly Behavior Sheet
Want a good way for students to self-assess and monitor their own behaviors throughout the week?
This behavior self-assessment sheet has been instrumental in helping students become aware of their responsibilities and behaviors. The behaviors fit under the umbrella of kindness, responsibility and respect.

We Talked About a Rule Today
A great, visual way to show students the rule that they need to work on. It's also a great communication tool for the parents. We don't always have time to talk with the student and sent that email home, but we still want to hold our students accountable.
