Geometry Jeopardy Game for ActivStudio
This game is used for interactive whiteboards with ActivStudio. If you do not have ActivStudio, you can download the viewer for free. Just google ActivStudio viewer and it should come up. This Geometry Jeopardy game focuses on many differnt geometry concepts such as 3-D shapes, lines, line segments, rays, edges, vertices, faces, congruent, similar figure, etc. It is a great interactive lesson that allows students to participate in their learning!

Candy Cross Sections!
Help students better visualize cross sections using candy! Students are presented it an image of a type of candy then asked to draw the shape of the cross sections either parallel to the base or perpendicular to the base.
I have my students using dry erase boards to hold up their drawings as a quick formative assessment. An answer template could easily be constructed, if choosing to collect student work.
