Percentage Math Lesson - Shopping Spree Smartboard
I created this smartboard presentation about percentage calculations with a fun "shopping spree" theme in my classroom. We looked at this smartboard presentation together and then I had the students "shop" at stores right in our classroom. Store owners were my students who understood the concept and could help others with calculations, etc. My grade 7 students loved this, but it would be appropriate for grades 5 through 8 I think.
