BBC Roman Mysteries Scroll 1 + 2 Video Guide: The Secrets of Vesuvius
A short video guide for use while watching the first two episodes of the BBC series the Roman Mysteries.
It has some short answer questions, some longer questions, and asks the students to make a prediction about the second episode and how the cliffhanger will be resolved.
This makes one page, front and back. It is good for one 80 minute class or two 50 minute class periods, especially if you give them time to write and share their predictions, or go over the answers in detail.
