Classroom Economy Check Register Sheet

I created this for my personal finance class to teach students to balance their checkbooks. I looked all over TPT for a life-like check register and wasn't happy with what I was finding. I just decided to create exactly what I wanted. Please leave feedback after downloading. If you'd like the freebie (non-editable) file, you can find it in my store in PDF format. Hope you enjoy!

Hand this out in classrooms, as well as to your friends and family. It's important for all of us. This is meant to be a guideline to help you tailor your own financial budget in a way that works for the

Personal Budget Allocation Calculator

If you teach Personal Finance, this is a great tool for helping students develop a "pay yourself first" budgeting philosophy. It also can be used to teach the use of spreadsheets and mathematical formulas, as well as math concepts like percentages. Students start by entering their projected monthly salary. Then they allocate, by percentage, how much will go to various types of investment and savings funds. They finish by entering their expected monthly costs. The result is the "guilt-free spend

Editable Weekly 7-day schedule

I created this for my students to create their own schedules based off the real times of their day. You fill in your own times and activities, even a to do list at the bottom for the children to learn about priorities and "putting first things first". Each cell is ready fora 30min and 1 hour increment. (i.e. 1, 1:30, 2, 2:30, etc.).This schedule is pretty basic but I hope it will help someone, I spent too much time on it so I wanted to share so someone else doesn't have too:)
