This offers an optional 100 point grading sheet checklist that includes points from the instrument family picture pages (picture pages not included). It is in Microsoft Word and can be edited for your needs. This includes Brass, Woodwind, String, Keyboard, and Percussion Families.

Sheet Music Anatomy
This worksheet is a great resource for introducing students to written sheet music. I just used it as a first week of school activity for my middle schoolers and it was a hit! The worksheet is two pages long. The first page is a partial score to the Hallelujah Chorus with blanks for students to write in their answers.
