This product changed my classroom! I wanted a quick, engaging, efficient way to practice math skills that needed to be spiraled throughout the year without a lot of prep or copying. This has worked wonders. It is a SMART Notebook file, but even if you don't have a SMART board you can project this with a free software download and control from a computer just like a PowerPoint.

100 Chart SMART 18 Windows 10 Flash Replacement
If your district has upgraded to Windows 10 and SMART 18, then many of your highly-used flash component will no longer work. I have been recreating them in the new SMART 18. An interactive whiteboard activity to practice estimation. This resource uses mini beasts to demonstrate 'having a clever guess'.
The mini beast will appear on the screen for a short period and by challenging the children to not only estimate but record their answer.

Tens Facts Interactive Practice
Students will enjoy practicing their tens facts with these interactive games. These different activities allow student to practice ten facts in a fun engaging way. Five Plus - Structure to 10 Smartboard 16.2
Students are introduced to the structure of a 5-wise ten frame. In the first section the dots on the top and bottom of the ten frame are different colors. Following that there is a section for teachers to be able to "flash" the frame so students can practice subitizing. In the second section the dots are the same color. First, students drag the addition and subtraction problems to the correct fact family. Next, students look at 3 numbers and determine if they represent a fact family. Finally, students have to determine what the missing number is in a fact family.

This is a SmartBoard file that introduces the concept of addition and subtraction fact families. There is an introductory slide that demonstrates and explains what a fact family is. Then, there are 8 slides where the students drag the numbers from the number triangle to the correct spots to create 2 addition and 2 subtraction problems.
