Fun and easy way to encourage reading without the hassle. This year long reading log program is for all elementary classrooms. It can be done in your own way, but can also be very easy for teachers. Fully Editable Reading Homework
In an attempt to ditch the reading log, I've designed reading homework that I truly feel like EVERYONE can live with. Students will be required to read a certain amount of minutes each week, as they read they will fill in the thermometer on their sheet. In addition to reading, they will be completing two challenges throughout the week. I've included examples of word work, fiction and nonfiction responses that I plan to use with my students!
