This is an excellent product to keep students engaged. They love watching their Rocketship on the board. The pieces for the display board are big and colourful. For kindergarten I would change the time for reading to 10 minutes and just photocopy the letter to send home for students.
Description
Fun and easy way to encourage reading without the hassle. This year long reading log program is for all elementary classrooms. It can be done in your own way, but can also be very easy for teachers.
Each reading log is one planet. Students will read 30 times (once per night for 20 minutes or 30 minutes), and then turn in the reading log to go to the next reading log.
Includes:
-10 reading logs (30 lines each)
-20 and 30 minute reading log options
-10 planet posters with star background
-rocket ships to track student progress
-teacher directions
-parent letter (editable google slides version also)
