Use with a unit on States of Matter: Discusses 4 changes in water: Melting, freezing, condensation, and evaporation- What happens when object is affected by temp. changes? After lesson, have students demonstrate the process of melting. Give each student an ice cube and see who can melt it the fastest. Leave a cup of water by the window and check level each day to demonstrate evaporation, etc.
