I printed them on colored paper/cardstock. (same sheet on front and back) I laminated the sheets, cut out the cards, and placed them on a binder ring. Print double-sided and then cut. Students grab a ticket when they enter the classroom and give it to you when class is over. Entry task ensures that students begin working as soon as they enter the room (I usually select a problem from the previous day's lesson). The exit task should be something from the current days lesson, to ensure that students understood the lesson.
