Rewording Test Questions for Understanding -ELA Test Prep for Standardized Tests
Students will be shown how to break-down ELA test type questions by putting them into more a simple question. This will help students more ably make their correct choice and gain a greater understanding of the question. Students will then apply this strategy on a non-fiction text, a fictional text and a poem (all while showing their reworded questions next to their originals, and then using this to aid them in answering the accompanying multiple choice).Check out all my other ELA products below!

This is the text for a successful grant proposal I wrote which earned $5500 to buy iPads for newcomer ELL students. I describe in detail the many ways iPad technology is beneficial to language learners. Although this was a districtwide proposal, it is focused mostly on the needs of secondary newcomer ESL students. Summer School Grant Proposal
This grant proposal involves a four-week summer school session for roughly 60 students who need support over the summer in order to maintain current academic standing and experience a "jump start" to help them transition into the next school year.
