I use this behavior tracker to track the daily behavior of my students who go to specials with a gen ed teacher. I add the child's name and put the sheet in a clear protector sheet along with a dry-erase marker. This gives the specialists the ability to circle a number and also leave any notes regarding the child's behavior.
