Beyond Stories and Books

I have been in education since 1990. I was a classroom teacher and then became a media specialist. My experience is with Primary and Elementary levels. I have "flipped" four school, library media centers.

Evolving, active and always open to new ideas.

I have been a Teacher of the Year three times and Media Specialist of the Year once.

I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Nova Southeastern University. I earned a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology from Georgia Southern University. I have the 300-hour ESOL Endorsement and Reading Endorsement.

I am married in a blended family, mother of 4 grown children, grandmother to three boys and 2 peek-a-poos. I have self-published one book "Let There Be Peace" and have more on the way.
