Coping Skills Breathing Digital Activity
Calming Breathing Strategies is an interactive Google Slides TM presentation to teach and guide students through six different calming breathing exercises. Students chose the strategy they want to learn from the menu page and are taken to a video that walks them through using that breathing strategy. This is a video recording of my computer screen as I show you how to use the Annotation Tool on Active Inspire for the Promethean Board.
