I uploaded this resource as a Word document so you can modify it for your needs.Note: The text boxes on the actual product are sized properly so "capitalization" and "punctuation" are one line of text. The thumbnail image auto loaded and I have no idea why it looks differently. I have tried and tried to fix the preview thumbnail without success. The actual product does not have this problem.
