I have used Lucy Calkins Writers Workshop units for many years. Every time I teach the ALL ABOUT unit I struggled with the type of paper needed for each page students chose to write.
This documents contains 14 different pages that students can choose from when writing their All About books.

Narrative Writing - The Many Rules of Dialogue Anchor Chart
This dialogue anchor chart uses clipart from, Laura Stricklands's website Mycutegraphics.com. The dialogue anchor chart was a fun way to teach the many rules and reminders of adding dialogue to narrative writing. I hung this in the classroom and referenced it everyday. This was especially helpful for ELL students.

Expository Essay Writing Informational Essay Sample Organizer Posters
This attractive set includes 2 anchor chart posters, a 3 page sample, and 2 student handouts for planning and organizing an expository essay. The pages of a PDF file can be extracted as images and incorporated into your Promethean, Smartboard, or PowerPoint lesson.
