RAD writing Strategy RAP SONG
This is a RAD strategy rap song that I made up for our school to use schoolwide to help with answering short answers. RAD stands for RESTATE, ANSWER, and DETAILS. The song went viral and we even had Kindergarten singing it.

This is a song based on Donald Crews' Shortcut. It follows the sequence of the story line and builds suspense similar to the story. Some heroes are big and flashy and make it into the TV news, but sometimes being a hero is as simple as smiling kindly at someone on the street who might be looking sad.
