It gives a basic overview of the typical traits to look for, such as hubris, hamartia, and other plot elements of tragedies. This resource would be a great accompaniment to my character maps for Shakespeare's plays such as Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, or Othello.
How do you engage today's "screenagers" with Shakespeare? This colourful guide clearly shows the main characters, their relationships, and the plot.
