10 Station Fitness Circuit Poster Cards
Here is a simple 10 station fitness circuit that can be used with grade 3-9 students. I encourage you to challenge students to work towards a bronze, silver, or gold standard, which you can set based on total reps for all 9 working stations. The Elements of Dance
This is a simple one-page JPEG that you can enlarge and print for the classroom, or use as a handout or journal insert.
In my approach to dance and choreography, I think of four basic elements, with the acronym "BEST:" Body, Energy, Space, and Time. These are the What, How, Where, and When of dance!
