If your students love music as much as mine do they will love this music analysis activity! Students are asked to listen to / read the lyrics for songs with a Hero Theme. They must choose their two favorites and discuss the meaning of the songs and why they like it. I also allow my students to pick any other song that they can find that relates to the hero theme.
