Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert. Published by Harcourt.I was introduced to this book at an Orff Workshop and thought it might make a great one to write a song too. You could add movement with scarves as well. Mallets 1 are the glockenspiels, Mallets 2 are the alto xylophones, Mallets 3 are the bass xylophones. At the end of the song each time, the voices can go up and down, the glockenspiels can do glissandos up and down to imitate the wind.
