A Day at the Fair Food Poisoning Simulation Lab

Paper DNA/RNA/Protein Synthesis Simulation Kit
I wanted to make a group of paper molecules that could be used to make models of DNA, replication and Protein Synthesis for those of you who don't have plastic or wooden models. I also wanted it to work for middle school kids also. I tried to make the bases, sugars and phosphates as simply as I could so as to not take away from the processes. Tape on the back of the molecules is used to hold them together. I hope this meets your needs!

Microarry Simulation Lesson
In this lesson students will be doing a simulation of a microarray. They will be testing gene expression in two cell samples and comparing outcomes. It includes the simulation where students will determine cDNA sequences, cut them out and hybridize them on a paper microarray.
