This interview activity asks students to interview others in the class to practice asking and answering questions about names, ages, where someone lives, where they are from, and what they like. The questions/responses required can be edited to fit the material you are working on. It also requires students to write out a summary of one of the interviews, requiring them to switch from using the 'ich' form to the 'er/sie/es' form.

Women in History: Helen Keller Presentation + Simulation
In teaching I try to include more important women throughout history as a way to diversify my classroom and to reach out to my female students. This presentation is great way to teach about Helen Keller from 4th grade on up to 12th grade! It includes a brief presentation, student notes, videos, and a fun simulation activity for students to see what it would actually be like to live as Helen Keller!
