Distance (Online) Learning: Analyzing Climate through Resume-Building!
Climate's trying to get a job - and your students can help! This is a great way to challenge students to research, interpret, and be creative in the process. You'll never hear the question "when are we going to need to use this in real life" because students recognize the value in resume practice. I started my lesson with a folder of sample resumes, including my own and discussed the style (brief summaries, timeline of experiences, and the different sections and formatting of a quality resume).
