This sign is a 4 page printable banner on Microsoft Publisher. I originally made this to display on the front of my bookcase where I have all of the current books we are studying. It is great to have a spot to display all the books you are currently studying and allow students to browse through them when finished with work. For example, if working on and Earth Science unit I would display all of my related books.

Independent Reading for Groups - Run by students
Here is a simple yet effective resource which I have created for my intermediate aged students. The idea is that they learn comprehension strategies through having 'Jobs'. The children love it. A fun innovative way to teach reading. And what I love the most is that I can observe each student every single day!
