This is a bundle of my world-known instant activities for students to perform as a whole class fitness warm-up or instant activity or part of stations/centers. Students find a partner and do the activity, be it RPS, fingers, dice, emotional face, flipping a cone, which they then use the results of to determine which exercise they need to do. A very engaging way to practice fitness skills. These can each last about 10 minutes as a separate activity.*These are the Powerpoint versions of my non-ani
