Roll 'Em: Expanded Form Dice Game
This is a game I use in my math stations. The students use dice to create 3-digit numbers. They record the digits, standard form, and expanded form of the number. This is a recording sheet for the game.

The First Red Scare "Dot" Game
Randomly hand out the cards* after you have printed out in color and cut out (I printed them out on cardstock paper to make them not so see-through). Remind students to not show anyone their card or better, put the cards in their pockets. Then they must go around and try to figure out which of their classmates are "communists" or red dot cardholders. The goal of the game is for the red dot "communists" to sneak into a group of black dots. To add tension and heighten suspicions I would go around

This package includes directions for completing the activity, part-of-speech heading (noun, verb, adjective) for easy sorting, 36 word/picture cards and a record sheet. The pictures are in full color. Simply print the picture cards and photocopy the words onto the back. Students will be able to sort the cards and record the words on their recording sheet.

Stem-Changing Verbs Practice/Game - Bulla de Verbos - Spanish verbs
Bulla de VerbosA practice game for stem-changing verbs; e-ie, e-i, and o-ue. Coordinates with verbs from Senderos 1 Chapter 5. Students have one minute to complete as many verb conjugations as possible. The point is not to get them all right, but to merely improve over time. Have your students keep their Bulla de Verbos sheets so they can see how they improve. I am working on expanding this exercise set.

Explorers Vocabulary Puzzles
I've created 10 puzzles to be cut out by the teacher and put back together by students. I made these puzzles for third graders so the definitions are fairly simple. For each word there are 3 identical puzzles. I used these in a center and had partners work together and the students were actively engaged the entire time. I paired it with a crossword puzzle which I have also included.

Tic-Tac-Toe with Dice Game
This game can be used for any foreign language class. Students are in pairs and receive one dice. They also receive a handout with several tic-tac-toe boards. On the board/handout, the teacher will write the 6 verbs required to conjugate with the dice. Students roll the dice, determine the verb needed to conjugate, and then choose a place on the tic-tac-toe board to write the conjugation. If the student is correct, they can place their X or O on the board. The game continues until someone wins.
