This simple cause and effect Power Point activity is based on Caron Lee Cohen's The Mud Pony, a Native American legend about a young boy and his magical pony. The first slide reviews the definitions for cause and effect, and then there are 7 statements that either give a cause from the story and ask for an effect, or give an effect in the story and ask for the cause.
