Testing Solutions to Equations Self-Guided Learning (CRT)
This is a great self-guided introduction to equations. Students loved working on this in groups as they began to explore equation basics. Additionally, a culturally responsive real world connection is drawn to the ethics of police violence. Students are more likely to remember something when there is a relevant connection, especially when that connection sparks debate.
