TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Since starting my teaching career in March of 2015, I have worked in the following positions: Grade 7 regular ed math; Grade 7 regular ed science; Grade 7 math resource room; Grade 7 social studies in class support; Grade 8 science in class support; and Grade 8 social studies in class support I am in the second of 2 schools I have worked in, which is located in a rural area of Northern NJ. Previously, I worked in the suburbs of NJ outside the NYC area. This has given me a wide variety of experience with different socioeconomic areas, home life factors, family make ups, etc.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love teaching and have dreamed of having my own classroom since I was young! I am so happy to finally be fulfilling that goal! I find myself putting in a lot of time to work to create fun lessons and activities for my students so I can best help them learn. I want my students to enjoy being in my classroom, feel safe, and I try to incorporate movement or interaction as much as possible.
