When I first started my teaching career, I was at the upper elementary level teaching math and science. When I made the jump to high school, I taught Child Development, Dollars and Sense, Nutrition, and Culinary Arts. Over the past few years, my program has drastically increased in size, and now I teach Introduction to Culinary Arts, Culinary Arts, and Advanced Culinary Arts.
