TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught 6th grade Writing and Grammar, 12th grade ELA, and 7th grade Reading, which is what I currently teach. I have 8 years experience in Texas public schools.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My passion is bringing books students love into the classroom. I believe the more choice students have in what they read, the more they invest in it. I also love creating digital resources to free up grading time for teachers and meet kids where they are at in a digitally savvy generation.
