TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have degrees in Music Education and Special Education: Emotional and Behavioral Disorders. I currently own my own preschool (ages 3-6) in Indiana. I have taught for 25 years in both public and private settings.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My passion is teaching executive functioning skills through music activities. I call these school readiness skills the "unteachables" because there is very little curriculum out there that focuses upon these foundational skills. I have written most of my own resources to work on motor planning, working memory, emotional regulation, voice inflections, impulse control, audiation, organizing thoughts, and task initiation.
