TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching ELA at the middle and high school level for for 16 years and love finding new ways to inspire the secondary student. I have also worked as an instructional specialist and mentor for new teachers. I love to see my students engaged and excited about learning with my resources and I hope that you are able to help your students with them as well.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is to create and deliver resources that meet the students where they are. Catering to the needs of each child to support and challenge them as they need it. I love to incorporate technology in the classroom and using visual media as an engaging tool. My greatest joy comes from creating resources that are fun and challenging rather than just worksheets or teaching to a test.
