I have taught secondary English/Language Arts, Science, and served as a K-8 school administrator, and district curriculum expert in English / Language arts.
I believe in a student-centered approach with differentiated instruction and high expectations for all students. Having an organized classroom with structured routines fosters a successful teaching and learning environment for all. Instruction should be rigorous, relevant to the real world, engaging, and personalized. Professionally, I value collaboration and using data diagnostically to guide instruction.
