MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

BS from University of Kentucky in Biotechnology, MS and PhD from University of California-Davis in Horticulture and Agronomy focused on Plant Breeding and Genetics. Lead TA at UCD (2012-2014) in undergraduate freshman biology (500+ students), lecturer at California State University Humboldt (2015) in genetics, international botany and rainforest ecosystem course leader (2016-present), and Academia Naturalista de Osa administrator (2018-present).

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Providing an alternative to the inconsistent public school system in our rural rainforest town in Costa Rica, and uploading unique, nature-based lesson plans to provide additional funds.
