TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am both a mother and a teacher and this is currently my fifth year teaching. I interned in both 3rd and 5th grade. I taught 1st for 3 years, 5th last year and this year I am teaching 2nd. I am also working on teaching the gifted and gaining a certificate in adding mindfulness to the classroom.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in a Visual Learning and Student Centered classroom. I focus on mindfulness, the arts and creating strong, and kind citizens. I have a strong belief in students understanding the learning targets as will as what success looks like.
